I have a spread sheet set up since January. Took a little work inputting so many different sticks but has since been real easy to keep up to date since I'm on the computer every day anyway. I'm glad I got it going as I no longer have to look through four humidors plus now a cardboard box to figure out what I own, or decide on what to smoke.

I use an app that has my inventory. You can edit it online or on your smart phone. You can even share your virtual humidor with people if you would like to. I have done this with some trades. Pretty handy. I have everything but maybe 15-20 in my inventory. It also allows you to keep track of age and allows you to rate each stick. Massive database as well.

I used to use free software called CigarBriefcase. You can find it here.http://www.vaagan.com/cigarbriefcase/
After a while the collection got so large that I didn't bother anymore.

I use Google sheets. I created a spreadhseet that has several columns such as name, vitola, quantity, quantity left, country, box date, date in humi, etc.

I used to use paper, but this is better. It was a HUGE PITA converting it from paper to Google Sheets. However, know I just enter data in a few fields and I'm good.
One game in Utah, Jordan dunked on John Stockton. Jazz owner Larry Miller yelled "pick on someone your own size." On the next possession he dunked on 7'1 center Mel Turpin and shouted "he big enough for you?"

When told that Clyde Drexler was a better three-point shooter than him, Jordan responded "Clyde is a better three-point shooter than I choose to be." Then he hit 6 threes in game 1.

Cigar Geek's has a mobile app that syncs with the web page, easy to input. Handy to have the app, whenever I make a B&M haul or get an order, just update and I'm good to go

At one point I actually did an inventory and loaded it into a spreadsheet on Google Docs. I was around 700 total and it was a couple hundred rows with all the different makes and models. I did really good for a while keeping it up to date, and I even wrote an android app that I was going to switch over to. Then summer bbq season came and I started to lose track of it as I'd bring a bunch out and forget what me and others smoked. I came to the conclusion that I really don't effing care what I have. I know I have too many, that I'll continue to aquire them, and it's kind of fun forgetting what is in the fridge.

I keep a spreadsheet. It really comes in handy. I keep track of my entire inventory (which isn't much - under 150 cigars in 3 humidors) plus my brief ratings and observations of all the ones I've smoked. Happy to share - PM me if interested.

CigarGeeks with the phone app. Pretty easy and painless if I just remember to mark them when I smoke.
