Avo Classics are my favorite and so I ordered 2 samplers that come with CAO Golds (similar?), and then several singles including a CAO Black, Rocky Patel CT, Ave Maria, Jaime Garcia RE, and La Perla Habana Black Pearl Rojo as these were all recommended as a cheaper (box <$100 shipped) alternative to the Avos.

I didn't find it to be the most powerful, but the burning sensation on my lips made me think someone dipped it in Tabasco Sauce. Not an enjoyable experience for me.Quote:

CAO Gold is a nice mild, the Black is medium and fantastic. You might look at CI's CAO Dream Team sampler. 2 each Black, Black VR, Italia, Brazilia, and MX2. My humble opinion, I haven't had a bad CAO yetQuote:

For me, it was a Tatuaje Reserva Cojonu 2003.
It didn't make me ill, but I certainly began to feel very uncomfortable about 2/3's the way in.

I love a strong stick, so not many sticks get me nicotine sick anymore but oddly enough... a mojito flavored stick did me in a few years ago
LFD DL's in the larger ring gauges can lay a whooping if you're not careful!
