The KFC is good, just go for a smaller size to start with. I tried the toro sized one and it was just too much of that smoky campfire flavor. On the plus side, my wife loved the smell. I want to keep a few of the robusto sized ones on hand for fall bon fires this year. Just seems fitting.

I tried the 4X44 and the robustos, the 4X44 was way more campfire tasting.

It might be more of that campfire flavor, but for me the toro was going on two hours (I smoke very slow) and it was just too tedious. A bigger punch and less time serves that stick well I think.

I was upset, as I was about to buy a tube of the Delfinas when I saw the outrageous increase. No thank you. I've tried a couple other vitolas which are all thick gauge rings. While I enjoy the taste, I feel that regular Parodi Kentucky Cheroots are so close to the same taste, it just doesn't make sense to pay for the DE's.

straight bummin it
Never had SOA. However I've had 5 KFC and they all sucked imo.It was like smoking burning leaves and wood with all the harshness you would expect. However I know many respected botl's here love them so I will not say my opinion is definite. I just hated them.......just one guy speaking. Keep in mind I smoked 5 and still came to the same conclusion.

Thats the great thing about this hobby...plenty of different cigars for everyone's tastes.
Dont ever discredit your opinion of a cigar because someone else thinks its great or amazing no matter how long they have enjoyed the hobby...for example I despise the taste of Rocky Patel cigars...

Indeed so Most indeededly
With the KFC's do people notice a big taste difference between vitolas? I see the kyoto's can be had rather cheaply but would I get a good idea on what to expect from the rest of the line? Same with the SOA's, I see there are some smaller vitolas that can be had rather cheap.

Only in the Delfinas to me. It's 26 ring gauge and is pretty smokey tasting. The others I've tried seem about the same compared with each other...
