anybody dealt with or bought from smokersdiscount.com? was looking for some Fuente hemingway sungrown by just googling and this web site came up. they have some decent prices on some things. seems like they only sell by the box they had Asylum 13 robusto , box of 50 for around $200.

just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before

I used them once around Christmas and the product shipped quickly and appeared to be fine. Gave it away as a gift and don't know if they've been smoked or not, so I can't comment on quality.
But again, everything appeared to be in good order.

Pricing seems to be comparable to others....I love AF cigars so checked the AF SS Maduro....$140 for a box and they do have them in stock which is plus. I tend to want to buy a few 5'rs at a time so having to commit to a box is something that depends on what you want. If the quality isn't there the option is to send it back but with this caveat: Returns

This doesn't really give me the warm fuzzy with that type of policy....too ambiguous because it doesn't spell out what the "certain situations" is and the 20% restocking fee really makes me queasy. So, know the parameters tells me that I would move along and do business with a company that is out to get my business instead of giving me a vibe of having to jump hurdles in case of "certain situations" that might arise. I have at least 15 sources that I use to buy cigr and every single one of them do not charge a restocking fee and if there is a quality issue they will refund me the entire amount...even if I smoked one.

thanks for the replies. This input is why I posted. Never heard of them before and concerned about product quality control. I did not read the returns policy and that does give me concern about the restocking fee and correcting any problems. We all know that damaged goods sometimes get sent out and it is important to know that a seller will make any problems good. Will think before I order from them . Only a few items I buy by the box so that is another issue with them.
