Smoke Rings!?

Can you blow smoke rings? When / where do you do it?

I have learned to blow rings. Not very often though, as I only do this at home; never at a lounge. Being as all my smoking at home is outdoors, conditions have be right;

1. No wind! Being in Nebraska and outdoors this is rare.
2. Significant part of my smoking is late, after dark. Need to have light to see them!
3. Cigar needs to produce enough volume of smoke. ... Usually not a problem.

I really only do this for my own entertainment; or recently, my kids asked if I could.
