Had a Diesel Uncut, courtesy of @chain gang while out fishing this weekend.
I don't smoke many Diesels because I don't see them in shops around here, but they never disappoint when I have one.
Didn't catch very many fish, but the ones we caught were good ones.
They were also delicious. There's something about frying up fish that was swimming just a few hours before. It was fantastic.
