Viaje Zombie Peppers, Red
Part of my harvest of red chili peppers.
A jar set up to ferment for pickled peppers. Might make a hot sauce with them. Some more that had already started drying on the stalk. I will complete the process in a dehydrator.
Oh, and a “Zombie” goes along with the October Halloween theme.

Hand rolled Churchill 6.5x48.
From at a local B&M sold as a Churchill, but really a Toro I think, good construction even and slow burn all the way.
