    Rufus saved me from my own lack of will power this morning, woke up at 4 and said I was going to skip it this morning and go back to bed but Rufus took forever to decide to pee when I let him out so I had plenty of time to fully wake up and guilt myself into going. And now I am glad I did, because now it is cigar time!
