Meh. A decent stick, but draws like wooden dowel. Flavors are wood.

Edit: towards the end I've picked up a distinct alcohol/wine note in the retro, so it's like smoking a barrel.

Followed up by the local hand rolled @Drez sent me; great construction, beautiful wrapper, burned well and evenly, not a lot of depth to the flavor, just tobacco and cedar but not too shabby!

Monday’s smoke with coffee, trying a Punch that I felt might be a bit nicer if it sat, and just a few months seems to have mellowed it just enough:



And today’s smokes with coffee, the first being the end of an Avo Domaine, and the other is a smoke that was on the house at the local cigar lounge as I’ve been trying to talk them into stocking a good small ring cigar. This is much smaller than I’d want but just isn’t all that great anyway.
