Well @allusred , I finally returned to the Ninfamaniac Darks I've had sitting around for a while after seeing you enjoy them a while back.



With the rest and a focused, slow cadence, these are Excellent! (Though I do still tend to rush it). Retrohale is amazing. Wish I had more with a couple years on 'em now.

Glad you enjoyed that Ninfamaniac Dark TJ, anytime I sense or pick-up on a flavour shift while smoking it's going to be on the retrohale, other wise it'd have to be blast of pepper for me notice a change.
The rare times I do "get" a flavour note, still couldn't put a name to it.

Tuesday I went with a Padron 2000 Maduro, always a solid stick and very consistent in flavor, construction, etc..

Wednesday I grabbed the first thing I saw, I love the Corona Gorda size. Been meaning to try the Brick House Fumas, if they are half as good as these they would seem to be a great stick for the price. Might have to grab a few on my next order to see if in fact that is the case.

I tweaked my back last weekend...reading in bed. Yeah, that’s embarrassing. I don’t normally lay on my stomach and apparently I pinched a damn nerve. Anyway, after a rough week, I’m feeling much better thanks to my doctor and my YMCA membership that includes a whirlpool. This cigar tastes as good as those jets felt!

I’m only 30, btw. Don’t let your kids play football...damn body is breaking down.

Mid Day Thursday. Esteban Carreras Mr. Brownstone Smack...6x52. Running on fumes, no sleep since the Tues/Wed bit.
Expected might well nod off before finishing this kinda large, but good, cigar.
Sure did feel the heat today,yet know it wasn't all that bad....dang do need some sleep even if that means doing so at Night.
