I enjoyed the smoke and pool, but the rest will be what it will be. Thanks for the kind thoughts....

Hey, bro glad to hear your getting in some smoke time in what I imagine must be a tuff go with your BIL’s medical issues. Prayers sent for you and yours!

I feel you brother, stroke sucks. Hope the BIL makes a full recovery and make sure to stay close to the family, I know in those situations any help is appreciated. Will be praying for him and your family.

Enjoyed a Moose I had a few days ago so decided to have another. I can't remember who exactly told me about these, but glad they did. For the price, excellent ROTT and even better after a year sleeping.

Monday 09 July. Cornelious & Anthony Daddy Mac Corona Gorda...5.5x46. Lit this cigar four hours after it's arrival. This'll be about as close to a 'review' as I canget. Good looking cigar, tho not a prize winner. No soft spots, entire cigar felt fairly hard despite the foot looking as if it was loosely packed. Cut and lit.Draw too tight.New at least to me, taste, assume from the wrapper.Retrohale stinging. Ash not holding at all, very flaky. At 12 Minutes I'm noticing up an odd taste, can't identify, not bad, but odd.Burn line a bit uneven.Smoke production still light. 44 Minutes in and retrohale much better, fairly smooth. This is a slow burning cigar even tho the draw has gotten a good deal better once the cigar's warmed up well. But the quick falling ash is awful.
Sure sound's negative does it not? However the cigars sat in one location from early Saturday Morning until sometime Monday Morning, delivered at 12:44Pm.
The cigars had likely been in pretty high Temps for two amd a half days. Then this one lit four hours after arrival. So rather than saying this was not a good Cigar, will go with "needed more rest time before being smoked." Most times I'll smoke a cigar ROTT...but this time it was not a good idea to do so.

Tuesday 10 July. Cornelious & Anthony Daddy Mac Corona Gorda...5.5x46.Smoked second one of these, this time the draw, while not great was ok. Retrohale somewhat smoother. Burn line ok. That's it for me until I've smoked at least one more. For now think that they're smokeable...when one just wants a cigar that you wont mind having to put down unfinished if time doesn't allow it to be smoked all the way. Daming with faint praise, yup.
