It's in my "to try" list.
Love the Julius Ceaser & Maximus.

Flavors where good and in line with most good maduros, but I would highly recommend a punch cut. I used the perfect cutter and it was so loose I struggled to get a decent draw that wouldn't overheat the cherry.

Thursday Afternoon cigar. San Cristobal Seleccion Del Sol Fireplug...4.5x50. Want to reserve the Fireplugs I've left to be smoked over time since ther're no more of these cigar made.
Have only four other NC's, Vegas Cubanas, left to burn. Placed an order this morning for inexspense NCs to fill the expected gap until I'm able to snag some more VCs.
Too wet outside, too cool on porch so along side some good hot Coffee this one was smoked indoors.

Smoking Monkey claims that the images used as background for the cigar smoked, are how the Cigarbums that'll be attending the Cigarfest & Orgy really look ,and it's not a lot like the Avators they use when posting here.
S. M. promises to send me a cigar for each Bum I can name correctly, I'm fairly sure of 7 or 8 need to think about some others now,SM's only allows me until Noon Saturday to make my picks. [ He's watching for an USPS delivery to come in for David, then once He's taken his 60/40 split the rest will go into Droy's Humidor for the time being ]

Do hope Droy appreciates all the cigar orders that Smokin Monkey places for Him.

Had my first Oliva Connecticut Reserve Toro
Really like their Serie G maduro line and V Melanios, so this was an interesting change. I think that some rest will be helpful (and have been told as much also), but there was still a pleasant creaminess throughout this smoke. Also a bit on the mild/med side, but nice draw and burn after it warmed up.
