So,
Went up to the hospital for Jack's 2 weeks post op this morning. Staples removed, cone removed, scan shows EVERYthing healed like it was supposed to and heart, lungs, and all the stuff that had slipped up into his rib cage are not only where they are supposed to be, but look 100% healthy. Stopped by the pet store to get him some goodies (toys and some special treats) and gave the little guy a bath. Talk about a happy puppy, now that he can play again, and the weight of the world pretty much lifted off our chests. Bumpy start, but wouldn't trade it for anything.
Had a CC to celebrate c/o

So no pic today of an NC, but I did want to update you folks.
Hope everyone is having a great week so far!
Great news, Chris!

Great run of smokes in here lately - I know I'm in good company!
BLTC Deliverance this evening - I think these could use some more rest.

Wednesday Evening cigar. San Cristobal Seleccion Del Sol Fireplug...4.5x50. Don Pepin Garcia makes some fine cigars, and for me this is the best of the San Cristobals, with the Guajiro my choice of the current San Cristobal line up. The Fireplug has certainly gotten better and better over the years. Despite it's short length it's burn time is quite impressive, and that solid white ash holds on right down the short nub finish.
Burn time. One Hour Twenty Five Minutes.
