Had one the other day. Started out tasting just like the larger viola. About 1/2 way thru it got mushy & harsh.
Maybe I need to let them acclimate some more.

Not overly complex but transitions are present. Which is a bit surprising in such a short vitola. The body is fuller than the typical red label but not a N bomb like the Cromagnon Firecracker of last year.
