Had a couple of bourbons and a cigar with my dad yesterday afternoon.

We enjoyed LAdC Mi Amor's by the pool with drinks in hand. Forgot to take pics of the cigars, but I did remember the bourbon:

Started with a High West Bourye, and then moved on to a couple servings of Noah's Mill...

    It was a great afternoon!

His Excellency Sir. Dog Rockets has sain,in no uncertain terms "Pix or it didn't happen."
But I'm certain HE will forgive the absence of photographic proof.
After all how can one be expected to take pictures and/or smoke cigars if they might have forgotten that Bourbon is the Water of Life ?

Knew I was missing something today...thanks for showing me what's needed to survive this cold spell.

Good thing you haven't cut yourself out of your winter union suit prematurely this year, winter's end has to be neigh, or at least not too far off now.

Come on - I did mention that my wife bought it for me. Kind of implies that I must smoke it and like it doesn't it........

I had a Don Pepin Blue Invictos and a Tennessee Waltz on the golf course this morning and just finished a Man O'War Puro Authentico Corona on the evening walk.
No cigar until you get a par - birdie if it's a scramble !

    Did have me wondering too.
Was thinking some evil doer had stolen that white glove and was trying to trick us into thinking that WNYTONY had begun smoking the 7x80 and 11x120 size cigars
implying that he couldn't cover that stretch of pock marked sand and sagebrush while puffing on smaller cigars.

Is there seriously an 11x120?!? If so, we may need to find a way to covertly contact Tony's wife...

La Imperiosa minuto tonight. Good tasting cigar but this one has terrible construction. Draw so tight it is almost unsmokable.

Not certain about the 11x120 size...Once I saw the 60 rg... then 64... then 68rg cigars I figure it would not be long before we were presented with an 8 or 10 inch by 80rg, so figure some one would think, hell why don't were get the jump on the other and go right on to making a 10 or 11 inch x120 size.
    Haven't seem them in production...yet.
But, I have smoked a couple that were 15x90.5 plus ring gauge.
Want to see pix?? Just let me know.

The Oliva Serie V is a 6 inch by at least 60 ring gauge, as you can see plenty of room left for the 90 rng gauge cigar.
The HR Sublime is 6.5 inches by 54 ring gauge room for two and a half of these lain end to end.
Can't recall the burn time for the two Gigantes, but do know they were well made burned evenly , and yes they were good smokes enjoyed on the front porch on cooler nights than we've been getting of late.
Would I smoke these again, sure, just so long as the weather was a good bit nicer than it is right now.

PS: Would bet WNYTONY could get all the way 'round eighteen with one of these,so long as he didn't puff too quickly.

    Video at eleven !!

Have smoked some of the La Imperiosa cigars, Corona Gordas all had good draw and smoked very nicely, expect the problem would lie in the degree of difficulty when rolling the Minuto size, tho really it is a size that one would expect not to be a problem. Blended and rolled by those used to the Cuban size smokes.Hopefully the one you smoked was that rare exception.
