Tim,
(face blanching), you paid $2.00 for that cutter? (thumbs twiddling).
Mine only cost $1.00! I'm still up for the graduation present though (grin).
2009 Fonseca 1907 Toro Natural with Diet Pepsi in the waning hours of a lovely day.
These are very tolerable while the EMS is so not.

Well, honestly I think it was a freebie
And for me tonight a Kill Bill, my first try of the La Palina winnings, with a couple fingers of George Dickel.

Lost no more
Been waiting for a day as nice as this Monday certainly is to smoke this.
Fume D' Amour Lancero...7.5x40.Mine to enjoy,as I am,courtesy of Cardinal (Tim.)
Lighted easily, slight wavy burn line, quickly self corrected quicky to remained sharp until the end.
About six minutes into it the retrohale is near perfect and I'm pretty sure no relight or touch-up will be needed on this slow burning Lancero.
An open draw that yields a lot of good looking blue smoke.
Slow sips and it has taken a goodly amount of time to reach this stage where I'm looking at six inches left to burn on this Nicaraquan hand made beauty from Illusione.
I'm a fairly slow smoker, lit mid afternoon this cigarshows no signs of ending before Sunset.
Once done I can fully understand Tim's saying that the Fume D'Amour is the best cigar he's smoked this year.
My choice in that regard has been the HR by Robiana in any and all the sizes smoked from the brand's Sampler.
The HR's held the top spot for me until now as I've smoked several more of the HR's in the Sublime size.
Now that this Fume D' Amour is finished, after an impressive three hours and eighteen minutes.
I still have the HR ahead,by a whisker as the best/most enjoyable I've smoked this year....however.....that is a mighty short whisker.
Quesdada Reserva Privada and Matilde Renacer are two other's that to date, have impressed a lot.
One final note: Do sip slowly to fully appreciate this flavourful Illusione Fume D' Amour Lancero.

Heck you could employ a dead Polecat to cut your cigar, so long as you're pouring that George Dickel the World's your Oyster just watch and see.

I'm happy that you enjoyed it! And yes, I find myself taking slow, 3/4 sips from them just because they're so good when smoked gently. I haven't hit the 3hr mark, but all I've had have been slow burners and I hit between 2'20" and 2'40" or so.

Jumpin’ Railcars and Collectin' Cans
My wife insisted that we have this couple over for dinner, I was VERY much opposed to it. I don't like them, at all. In the end I caved. Well, long story short; her genius husband decided it would be an awesome idea to use the baby wipes that we keep in our downstairs bathroom, for our CHILDREN. It gets better, then he flushes the massive amount of them that he used down the damn toilet.
Needless to say, the idiot clogged up my sewer system. We had f***ing water draining out of our vents in the basement and front of our house...
They ended up getting stuck in the main trap leaving the house and it cost me $212 to have a plumber come and clean them out.
Think of all the cigars and bourbon I could have bought with that money!
Well, I smoked this as they fixed it:
Goes without saying, it will be a cold day in hell that they ever step foot in my home again...
