The draw was a little tight throughout. Seemed like it got pinched in the tapered head. Not impossible to smoke, but it did detract a bit.

I couldn’t help to notice the similarities in appearance to another cigar in my humidor, the Rojas Reserve Guayacan. Similar color theme, shape, the crown, and same size, too. No relation, I don’t think.

Initially pretty peppery on the retrohale. Toward the end of the first third, it really smoothed out. Creamy & nutty. The spice was still there, but it took a step back.

My Fathers Monday Late Morning/Early Afternoon.
Took some time to find a Cigar least come close to qualifying as a "My Fathers Cigar' hope this one smoked may fit the bill, in the end this was the chosen one.

Interesting looking and feeling cigar for sure. Cool oversized band artwork and minimalist secondary band. A bit darker for a CT wrapper so I didn't realize it was until I googled the cigar. Also, a bit beefier-feeling than a standard lancero.
She's tasting pretty good. Much more of a nuttier CT rather than creamy. Nice retrohales with lots of smoke. A heavy clump of ash made a nice thump on the ground.
