The aftercare instructions said no smoking for 72hrs is all. I dont plan on jumping right back into my old habit/amount, and anything without an easy draw when draw testing gets put back as you definitely dont want to suck very hard at all on anything. Pulling out a blood clot through sucking too hard is the real issue.Quote:
