Burn kept getting off, and had one spot about an inch from the foot burn through
Construction wise, a stem in the filler or binder poked a hole through and leaked a little air, but once I pulled it out and went the wrapper bit arose the hole and covered it back over, it stopped leaking.

I've been using the Cigar Geeks app about 13 years now, pretty much right after I started smoking cigars. I love it, and I'm obviously used to it and very pleased with it obviously since I have used it for so long.Quote:

Southern Draw Rose Of Sharon Box Presed Toro 6x50. Nice looking cigar wrapper extremerly fine, almost silky to the touch. Closed foot ensures an easy light, once lit the burn line is sharp and stays that way right down the nub no need of touch up or religh., Burntime: Fifty two minutes,rather shorter than expected from a cigar of this size. An easy to like cigar for sure . This Southern Draw Rose of Sharon from My Secret Santa very much appreciated Secret Santa Regiampiero.

Definitely a very well aged cigar as you can tell from the date, and color of the cellophane.
Appearance was the ugliest I have ever seen. Extremely lumpy and wrinkly, which made me think it was dried out, but it certainly wasn't and there were no issues with the wrapper being fragile like I expected
Taste wise, a medium, but the only taste was that characteristic mustyness of very aged cigars
Draw,burn and construction were perfect though, no issues whatsoever.
Really past its prime, if it ever had one. Completely one dimensional with mustyness being the only taste it had.
Honestly would have to give it a very poor rating if I were reviewing it.
There was really nothing pleasant or enjoyable about it.
My apologies to the generous gifter, but I'm always completely honest in my short or formal, full length, reviews.

Burn was stubbornly off most of the way inspite of correction attempts, but did straighten out in a little above the last 3rd.
Not really a big deal to me anyway as long as there's no tunneling.

Extremely tasty,* firm bunch but still a little squishy.* Very solid ash that hung on a good couple inches. Draw was perfect.
Unfortunately,* that's the extent of good things I can say.
Burn was badly uneven the entire time regardless of correction attempts.* Had a single bit of tunneling which didn't help any. Coal was a good inch long or so the entire time,* which tells me that it wasn't burning properly.
After the halfway point the smoke steadily got hotter,* and it began having poor smoke volume and acted like it wanted to go out, as it required several puffs to get any smoke.
Honestly,* don't believe any of this was a manufacturing/construction issue.
I just received them 7 days ago,* so I'm guessing that they are a little too humidified.
Being a bit moist pretty well explains all of the problems.
So, going to let them sit and acclimate for a month or so before trying again.
