Having a Legends series tonite - this one is the Pepin variety. Not quite a "real" Pepin, but very good for the money.
That glove is looking pretty ragged Steve
On my list today a little CAO Razor and a La Gianna Havana Maduro Robusto on the drive to Buffalo and back.
And then tonight this fantastic El Gueguense Robusto sitting out on the back deck with the better half (who managed to duck out before I snapped the pic). This great smoke courtesy of @Old Smokey

This was a Thursday night smoke that carried over a little into Friday. Paul Stulac Ghost...6x58. Almost too warm on the front porch, has me wondering how I managed last Summer's heat. Just pulled out a fan, which I likely won't tonight but it's ready to be pressed into action if needed. Just a little Coke while smoking, no Rum.

A little bland. Dropping it in the dewy grass doesn't help the burn much.

Enjoyed this MOW Puro after a fairly crap day at work yesterday:

Between the MOW and a bottle of Take the Black Stout, the day was a distant memory.
Some of you may recognize these two fellas!

Hi David,
I'm going off of a memory that could be inaccurate. I thought I read somewhere that AJ made the Cinco-Vegas (all), and I presumed that he was a newer maker when he did with more success following.
2013 Rocky Patel Fusion Toro, with Diet Pepsi, on a summery night complete with bugs.
This should be called the Confusion. Smoking a five pack, three today, one ok, one mediocre and the last, just awful and painful; terrible taste, impossible to smoke, going out on me 4-5 times before I tossed it.
I simply don't get Rocky Patel or his success. I've smoked a lot of them (over time) and they're never better than ok, always inconsistent and absolutely remind me of $2/stick bundle cigars with a lot bigger price tag. Most of mine came from the Devil Sight, perhaps that has something to do with it, but the tobacco is never well aged, the corojo (in the conFusion) a cloying sweet without depth or nuance, and overall I wish I'd never bought any of them. The best has bee a few of the (also inconsistent) Connecticut, but the Pinar del Rio is what that cigar wants to be and it's cheaper (and far more consistent).
Anejo 46 from my brother to the north @restomod

Friday evening.
Talaveras Limited Edition Corona...5.6x46. On a warm evening, bit too sticky, nice peaceful change after a noisy day , hour and fifty four minutes burn time.
2004 Hoyo de Monterrey Torpedo with water, no ice on a cool and breezy but pleasant evening.
I've got to ration these, very, very good cigars. Very much a light Cuban taste. Very firm pack, hair tight draw (but enough smoke), and exceptionally smooth with a lot of nuance and a dash of salt.
Figurado this morning with my dad. One of my all-time favorites.

I am pretty sure that is what it was. I don't know where I got it from. Actually, I thought I received it from you Jesse, in one of your bombs, but I couldn't locate it in my image catalog. It had a small, handwritten sticker on the cello with a date from 11/2013 in very small, neat, print.
It was very good. A nice balance of sweetness, dark fruit, and some spice.
Alec Bradley second while doing yard work. It split a bit, but still smokes well and tastes good, worth every penny of the 2 bucks or so I spent on it.
