Tried this little pixie stick @dinoa2 sent. Really nice little smoke and perfect for taking the dog around the block. Impressive construction for such a thin little thing.

1st up Today.
My Father Cedros Deluxe Cervantes 6x44.Cool,about 32%F.,windy, some icy crusted snow about, but melting early Afternoon.
The cigar Good bunch uv leaf nice slow and even burn,not sure of duration, but most times one of the relatively slim cigars will last as long,or longer than a larger ring gauge cigar of the same length.Think the greater ring gauge invites faster and deeper puffing.

It's a very dark tasting cigar. Thought it was maduro, but the wrapper isn't maduro. Bitter, but not in a bad way.

Not sure of the complexity.
Full bodied. Full flavored.
The mouth residual is like bittersweet ultra dark chocolate, and heavy.
There's a very nice bite on the palate, during and after the retrohale. Not sure if this was the nicotine, or if it was a peppery sensation that only bites the palate.
Not peppery through the nose.
CI says dark fruit tastes - didn't get that, but 1/2 through some strawberry cream popped outta nowhere for a couple puffs, and was very nice. Couldn't find it afterwards.
Solid burn, and great draw.
Judgment:
Not sure where I stand. I was back and forth on my liking and inteterest. Definitely need to smoke more than one of these to gain either an appreciation or to acquire a taste for it. Definitely unique (at least to me). Definitely worth a revisit, but I'm not dying to get back to it. I'll look for a fiver next time - only bought a single. I'd definitely pair with a whiskey, or maybe even a port next time. Worth the $2.50 or so I paid.

Nice deep, dark flavor. From a flavor and aroma standpoint, 100% recommend giving them a try but this particular stick was plagued with burn issues so I really only ended up getting to smoke about half of it. I’d try another Roma and chalk it up to a single flawed cigar.Quote:
