I used to have one that looked identical to yours and it does take quite a while for them to put out decent heat. And never does put out like forced air heat. I was pretty disappointed with mine.

I love those heaters, but I just leave them on the lowest settings. They only have a little mineral oil in them and are pretty practical here. However we dont get cold like some of you lucky Bum's.

Like the balmy 50 degrees in my basement smoking room tonight, where I enjoyed a Room 101 Master Blend II corona.

Ok, sitting w two guys after hours drinking fine scotchs and good cigars at my BnM. My birthday present a day late, but I've drank some great scotchs and whiskeys-one guys a distributor for Glenfiddich. I'm having a ball and smoking new cigars like Opus X, Flor de Las Antillas, San LaTano Oval and Alec Bradley Post embargo. BOTL is a culture.
