Smoked a couple Thompson 'exclusives' (read: yard gar at best) while making a few deliveries this morning. Well, to say that I actually smoked them is a bit misleading. I attempted to smoke them until the burn issues became unbearable, then chucked them. Strange, the first few I had out of the bundle weren't bad but every other one has been tasteless and all but fireproof. Bought them ages ago - smoking them to get rid of them.

Every time I smoke one of these (or any cigar made with fire cured tobacco) I HATE the first few puffs. I don't know why, but my husband can vouch for the stink face I make every time. But after a few puffs they are so damned good with just the right amount of sweetness.Quote:
