So I went deep down into the cooler today and found this. It has about 3 years on it and all I can say is wow. Rich and creamy with coffee and chocolate. Perfect draw and burn. I often hear that NC don't age well. This must be an exception. But honestly I'm starting to believe that that story is simply an old wives tale. Especially as I can remember that the original one I tried young tasted of hot dirt. It's not often that a NC yard gar delivers.
