I do not understand the logic in closing a boardwalk and/or a beach then allowing walkers, dog walkers, biking, running, skateboarding, etc,etc on the street or road alongside cars, trucks, vans etc. Exhaust.
Wide beaches here people will be 30', 50' 100'...apart lots of fresh air & Sunshine.
Don't think Wakes are being allowed.
Also not really much chance of finding people waking up on the beach this early in the season.
