Yesterday, tried first cigar in a week following a cold.
AJF Bellas Artes Habano
Not ready. I could taste it, but it was off, and incomplete. Tasted mostly like damp leaves, which I know this cigar has much more to offer. Sigh. Giving it a few more days rest.

I have a “meh” section of the humidor where I keep cigars for just this occasion, the first stick after being ill. They are fine cigars but they aren’t really my favorite, they don’t excite me so I don’t feel bad when I blow one on a stuffy nose smoke

In Tampa we were hanging out with a couple guys we met through a mutual friend, it comes up that I like Tatuaje and one of the guys says hold on. Then comes back with this! I figured tatuesday on new years eve, might as well.
