The 8 yr old Opus should smoke really smooth!
That's the way I would go. Won't be too harsh or strong. Good way to break him in.

That’s a toughie. First cigar? I think I would go with something other than the Opus, but still good. That way once he gains an appreciation, he will have references to compare it to.
