Recommended. Very good.
Better than the one I had a few months ago. Seems to be common in the stuff I’ve read about it. Needs a bit of rest. They’ve been out long enough that they should be good to go now. Complex. Lot of flavor changes. Cedar, oak, wood shavings, barnyard, damp leaves. Some pepper in the first third. Hints of cinnamon’s in last third. If I had a complaint, the ash seemed to drop off easily if it got more than about a half inch.
