Viaje Zombie Peppers, Red [emoji892]
Part of my harvest of red chili peppers.
A jar set up to ferment for pickled peppers. Might make a hot sauce with them. Some more that had already started drying on the stalk. I will complete the process in a dehydrator.
Oh, and a “Zombie” goes along with the October Halloween theme.
