What did you smoke today (NC) II

Last night:

A. Flores (Pinar del Rio) AFR-75 Edicion Limitada Maduro Robusto

Very tasty. Solid medium until the final 3rd when it jumped to full, but not overwhelmingly so.

Perfect draw,burn and construction

Great smoke volume

All around excellent cigar.

Unfortunately, several vitolas, including the Robusto, have been discontinued, leaving only 4 vitolas in 2 wrappers left, Maduro and San Andreas Claro. It is held at the Florida state fare grounds in Tampa, all of 10 minutes from our house. And it was great, we walked 6 miles, ate more food than should be humanly possible ( cookie dough on a stick, corn dog, elephant ear) got blisters on top of blisters, sun burned, and yet… it was fun.

My grandparents got vanilla ice cream in a cup. That was their special treat. There were hundreds of food vendors offering the wildest things ( cookies and cream funnel cake, cheesecake on a stick, poutine sundays, etc) and my grandparents chose vanilla soft serve ice cream… no toppings, no cone, nothing. Frickin weirdos man!

Lol, sounds like a great day. Maybe gramps and granny have developed delicate intestinal systems and didn’t want to risk a “making gravy” episode at the fair? :)
