This was well over a two hour smoke, one of those that you must slow down and concentrate on, flavours are quite subtle
,but there in this mild smooth...7x40 Cigar.
Would usually smoke one of this size in the evening, but opted for burning it late this afternoon,
figured there might be too much RH for a long duration smoke tonight.
Quite nice to take a break from the larger ring gauges to smoke this.

Bob,
What is it (or did I miss something?)
earlier...
2013 Oliva Saison 2009 Robusto with water, sans ice. Age helps these that I've had, brings out a lot of nice undertones and nuance and a rather full smoke. They weren't this complex ROTT.

2004 Hoyo de Monterrey Torpedo with a snifter of sake on a cold evening.
Bought these from JR as aged cigars, several years ago. Thought it was time to get them started. So far very nice and very Cubanesque,

Hello Pete,
May have just seen a light bulb go on.
More than a few times I've smoked something Hoyo de Monterrey and though it might have been better, if.
Now that light bulb moment has me thinking it might not have been my thinking a tweak to the blend....rather a bit of age may've been all those cigars needed.

It's Wednesday, kind of a Warped one at that, at 3:08 AM set a light this. Warped flor Del Valle Las Brumas...4.5x48. Seven minutes into it and time to add something liquid to this experience, off to do that.
