Don't listen to this guy!
My first Illusione Rothschild courtesy of Texas Tim the
@Cardinal
, with an IPA. It's in the sixties here (accuweather says 61, back deck thermometer has it higher) but the constant breeze out of the north almost make it to cool for t-shirt and shorts. I need to remember this day when the temp and humidity both hit 90. Luckily it's not as windy as lunch today. We went to my grandsons baby dedication and then a hot dog cookout on New River. It's been a fantastic day.
Happy as if I had good sense.

Our weather is similar to
@GWBowman
as it is 66 and a 10mph breeze, which here in the shade feels kinda chilly. Maybe I should move my chair into the sunshine!
I am smoking my first Opus X Love Affair and am loving it with a cup of coffee. It is burning very sharp but has developed a small wrapper split above the band. It isn't affecting the burn and hopefully will survive the removing of the band.
Update: the split hung on and I set it down with about an inch of nub. Very satisfying little cigar.

That's a very nice looking cigar. Did it taste as good as it looks?

I was on the side porch, in the shade. Should have been on the back porch, in the sun. Not as tough as I used to be.

Wow, Someone Knows Me
This tastes almost exactly like the Ramon Bueso Genesis Habano. Same oily wrapper too.

Jumpin’ Railcars and Collectin' Cans
After an allergy forced break from cigars, I brought myself back into the fold today with this:
This was a gift from Kayla
@cheaphumidors
and it was a great smoke!
This went from a "must try" for me, to a "must stock" stick for me. Loved it.
Once again, THANK YOU, Kayla!
