Chillin Moose Corona...5.25x45. Finished just a minute or so before Midnight...makes it the last of the month...way to go with an Ultra Premium. Now, how am I to start the new month with something any way comparable to that?

What did you think of the Caribbean Cask? It's a solid favorite of mine.

I like it but it's a little sweeter than my favorites. It was more to my dad's taste overall. One of my friends visited a few weeks ago and he said it was about the best he'd ever tried, really loved it.
I prefer the Doublewood personally.

I really the Doublewood too. I prefer it with a sweeter cigar and the Caribbean Cask more with something a bit more spicy. I think they pair well that way. If you haven't had it before, you might want to try Auchentoshan Three Wood. It's not a sweet as the Caribbean Cask but has some great fruit/chocolate/nut notes. Excellent with cigars IMO.

I'm running down to fumes on a couple bottles right now so it's about time for a trip to the liquor shop. I'm still in novice status on scotches which means trying a new bottle almost every time - I'll definitely look for that Auchentoshan on your recommendation.
