Both are probably blessings in the end. I will say this, I felt a lot like Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt dodging those Tornado Warnings on my way to the interview today.

We get some pretty impressive water spouts here in the Bay but these hurricane bands definitely bring some twisty turnies with em.

Connecticuts never were my jam and even if they were, I’m probably not doing myself any favors with this 5 Vegas but any smoke is better than no smoke. Plus I don’t mind chucking early if decide this hurricane isn’t making for quality entertainment.


Edit: Aaaaanddd...... I nubbed it. Just seemed wasteful not to.

Late Afternoon/early Evening.
My Father Cedros Deluxe Cervantes 6.5x44.
Soon as the cigar was lit, it started to rain,found shelter from most of the the wet,did have to contend with the wind making sure I got an unfair share of the moisture. Two relights required finished smoking...then the rain quit. Grrrrr.

I can’t wait to try the Ladder. The Firethorn lancero was amazing so I have high hopes for the darker option. Just buyer beware when it comes to the barber pole. It was... disappointing on a couple different levels.
