Honestly it had two things going against it from the minute I set fire to it. It was still rott’ish, and it was pouring rain outside and humid. This unfortunately led to several relights, which can kill the flavor for me. I should have know better then to try it, but lesson learned. I’ll wait a while and give another a try, and hopefully have a much better experience.Quote:
