Yeah, pork butt, sometimes it's called a Boston butt. It's the upper part of the shoulder. This one is boneless but sometimes it will have the blade bone in it.

Great minds..put a pork butt on at 8am at 225 in oak/apple mix be ready about 5pm. In the meantime I’ll burn a Fuentes too!
By the way it’s always better on the bone, flavor and moist.

I normally get bone-in but boneless was all they had this time so I decided to give it a shot.

It was worth a smoke. Its CAO so not cigar of the year but priced right for what it is.
