Rocky has several very good blends. He's definitely quantity over quality, but the Decade, Royale and 15th Anniversary are all top notch. The Royale was actually a top-5 cigar back in 2014....so I'm not totally crazy. Don't judge a book by its cover--you'll miss out on a lot of great cigars.
