Here in Phoenix, you have to be really, really hearty to want to smoke a cigar. Or, have a hook-up to an indoor smoking room.

Today's the warmest of the days - high forecasted to be 117 in the Phoenix downtown area. If you want to wait until it's under 100 outside, you are looking at the hours between Midnight and 8AM.

It's 7:30 here and 96! Wooooooo.

That is obscene. But hey, at least your humidity is usually tolerable. I’m sitting in the shade with two fans on me and I’m still just wet, not sweating, just wet. But still enjoying my laranja

What crazy extremes - high of 121°F in Plam Springs today... Just checked and its 103°F w/ 10% Humidity right now at my place.

Was hot here today too. Pleasantly hot for the task at hand... which was floating in a tube while drinking a 'Blood Orange and Honey' lager and smoking a HDM Epicure. Burnt 3 cigars over the weekend and a few bowls of pipe tobacco. (All in my newly customised Dagner cob, which she weathered like a champ with nary a gurgle) Must be some kind of record for me for a non-hunting setting. Pipes suck for tubing btw. Wet hands do not make for easy tamping and relighting.
