Bought another of their samplers because the Connecticut version was discontinued and I didn’t recall what I thought of it. Meh. It’s bland so I can see why. The other two are great and it amazes me how they were able to accomplish so much flavor without wrecking the hop flavors of beer.

A 1/3 of the way in and it’s beginning to get a little character. Initially it was nothing more than a tasteless mild smoke.
