With Gurkhas you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find your prince, and since I did cigar reviews for us for years and didn't get to choose my sticks, I have kissed a lot of Gurkhas. There are a few that I really like, and even more that are okay (generally for my 3rd or 4th smoke of the day when my taste buds are kind of shot).

Amendola Signature Series Maduro for Maduro Monday. This was a nice little surprise I found in the local lounge. It is a wedge vitola and super yummy!

I got one of each in a deal on CI. I didn’t realize these things were full smokes. I really liked the two I’ve tried so far and had no idea they could be this, ummm, tame? The few I had way back when were just too brash, too bold, and too powerful.
