Interesting as I've only found the Zudzu to pair well with an IPA. I've smoked an Avo Classic which overwhelmed the hop flavors. I've been considering trying a mild smoke as these are, well, overly mild and not my thing on it's own. Maybe I should try an XO.Quote:
