Checked on that Honduran smoke I attempted to fix a couple of months ago. As you can see it’s still in sad shape so I decided to put it out of its misery. Since it looked so bad I still opted to smoke it backwards.
Apparently it is a bit too mildly flavored at first to pair well with French Roast. The last 2/3 was better.
