What did you smoke today (NC) II
A CAO Amazon Basin from
@Tombstone
and some Old Bardstown. My first having either of these. The cigar is like a CAO Brazil on steroids. Lots of unique flavors and lots of spice. The bourbon is fantastic, too. Really nice pairing, both have lots of oak and cherry flavors.
Go FSU.

One more. Can’t say enough about these Oscuro Fuertes. It’s nice to see a marca use the term fuerte and it finally be true. Spicy chocolate with cream and sugar. Lots of strength. $2 on CBid. I’d smoke this over many boutiques I’ve had.

Doing some more of my testing duty today. This one is called Duster and it is a little 4x44. They tell me it has Jamastran baccy in it. Pretty good but I'm not as gaga over it as the brand owners are.
The last of these blinders tonight. Maduro and I'm sensing it is something Dominican.
No cigar until you get a par - birdie if it's a scramble !

The flavor was pretty good but the burn just wouldn't keep going, I had to relight a lot.
Yep, that's Maxine, usually she dips out when I light a cigar but she decided to keep me company
