As for me this evening, an act I rarely do: buy and smoke the same day. This La Gran Oferta at $8.75 (!!!) was way too good of a deal for me to overlook and way too tasty looking to not light it up immediately. It’s heavenly. It tastes like a Le Bijou made with a habano wrapper. Damn.

Dang that's one helluva description...one who rates Don Pepin Garcia's smokes very highly....and smokes a lot of Habano tobacco isn't going to wait too long before lighting one of the La Gran Oferta.

You won’t be disappointed! This one got a little bitter towards the end, but that’s likely because I smoked it right off the shelf. Im going to see if I can snag a 5er and rest them. Pepin and his son are undoubtedly my favorite blenders.

Today, a really good budget smoke. These Dark Dominicans are really unique. I taste pine and clove. One of the rare gars that pairs well with a hoppy IPA.
