What did you smoke today (NC) II

Last night. Keep forgetting to post during the smoke lately.

I never do either. If I'm smoking a ciger I'm busy!

Smoked a 2 or 3 year old Gran Habano, Vintage 2002 last evening. Everyone knows what these (and every other cigar I smoke) look like so IMO posting pics is a waste of bandwidth.

I'm usually reading a book.

If I'm tinkering and smoking (which is rare) I'll grab a dirty old cob pipe. I find pipes are better for that sort of thing.

Stop tempting me, I don't need another hole in wallet. I saw a nice straight savinelli I really want. No stay strong. Is all pipe tobacco flavored? No stop brain.

A Missouri Meerscham, Missouri Pride pipe is a whopping 4 bucks.
Not all pipe tobacco is flavored. IMO 99% of the flavored stuff sucks (although the remaining 1% is really nice)
An ounce of G&H Sweet Rum Twist is about 4 1/2 bucks. That's 10 to 20 smokes: a nice strong, cigary smoke Hard to find in stock tho
A nice one you CAN find in stock is Dunhill Nightcap. A tin is about 10 bucks. That's about 20 smokes worth...
So you see, I don't see how you can afford NOT to pick up a pipe...

My cigar last night was a cigar from "The Cigar Factory" in New Orleans. It was okay but it had some off-tones and a bit of a rough edge to it. A friend of mine knew I like cigars and brought back a sampler of three of their cigars.
