I have tried that but it never seems to help too much and no way I could handle it daily ! I don't get it in the sinuses but usually a little wheezy in the chest with a bit of a cough. Never take any sinus meds but I do the shots once a month and that usually keeps everything in check. Cough is almost gone so I'm back to my daily smoke !
