Only a little way into this one, so far so good.

Well its that time again. Schoolwork will now take all of my available free time.
It's my last semester of undergrad though so I'm excited.
Studying does go by much better while enjoying a Padron 2000 natural though. Much, much better.

The book, thankfully, is not called Developing Self Awareness. That is merely the first chapter.
It is a business management course called "Managing People and Organizations". The degree requires 3 or 4 business courses. It's pretty boring. I could never be a business major, as it just does not interest me at all.
I'll give you the really short version:
To build truly high performance teams, you need to start with proper recruiting. Investing in top talent pays off, big time. Make sure your team is diverse (not just a group of the SAME people). Once you have assembled a solid, strong team; give them clear and concise direction. Then LEAVE THEM ALONE!
Be available when needed and re-direct the team if needed. Allowing a team to be mostly autonomous is where you will see the largest payoffs.
Have a clear cut hierarchy in the organization. It's never a good thing when people have multiple bosses giving them conflicting goals and directives.
That's the real short version. To everyone that reads this, that will be $5,000 please. If using Paypal, add 3%.
Nestor Miranda Collection Habano, and it is enjoyable for sure.
