@Brimy Thanks for the input, Brian. Mine was a cbid purchase made Dec. '14, and now with yellow cello and all I was wondering if its fine old age could be a contributing factor. So the next one I buy I'll have to smoke in 2021? lol. Jeez.
Thanks @AlanS for reminding me yesterday was Wednesday. Day late and a dollar short but a great stuck none the less

Thursday Afternoon cigar.. Vegas Cubanas Corona...5.5x44 . About time, a day without rain, if I'm not mistaken it rained a lot this week. Both Mondays, both Tuesdays and both Wednesdays. Bloody rain sure makes for a long week. Dry indoor messes with my sinuses and that affects the retrohaling. Thinking about enjoying another of these Vegas Cubanas on the front porch while listening to the night. Only a few left from last box, so expect the third smoke will be something other than one more of these Pepins.
Burn time. One Hour Twenty Minutes.

Well, since it's the 60th birthday of brother @droy1958 today I tried to find a cigar that would be worthy of such an occasion.
Although I didn't have any 60 year old cigars - I did pull one that is 20 years old that was sent to me by @Regiampiero my Secret Santa
I figure 20 yeas old in cigar years has to be close to 60 years old in David years, so I lit this up

JDN Clasico churchill. Let me tell you - even after 20 years the construction and burn are spot on and this stick is sooooo smoooth. If I ever wondered how sticks will hold up after time I now have that answer. A testament to proper storage and care - no doubt. Thanks so much Reg - this was an excellent smoke and the perfect one to light up for old David's birthday !
