Imagine rotating it outwards while your turning it around to increase size of the cap. Or, rotating it inwards while your turning it around to decrease the size of the cap. This way you only need one cap tool (casquillo). You see what I mean at all?
another thing, you might have seen caps applied that have a wrinkled edge. that is because the cap was cut to big. the cap needs to be cut small and stretched outward, around the head to create a smooth finish.
