Wednesday afternoon cigar. Jericho Hill Long Black Veil ...6.5x46. Smoked this lonsdale size Maduro on a cold, 43 F. day on front porch.
Good construction excellent burn line no need to relight or touch up...quite a long smoke.
Some good hot Tim Holton coffee(thanks WNYTONY for turning me on to this coffee) and the cold wasn't all that bad after all.

Burn time. Two Hours and Six Minutes.

Jesse sent me some Eastern Standard Cake Walk sticks a while back, that I just fell in love with. I had to try some more of this line so I grabbed a fiver of Eastern Standard Cream Crush Churchills. Very impressive smoke, at least IMHO!

From before Christmas... Haven't been able to smoke since Friday, since I developed an ulcer on my uvula. Didn't even know that was possible, but is severely reduces the enjoyment of smoking a cigar Good thing I got a couple of good ones in before it happened

Ouch! I've never had them on the uvula, but I've had to endure a few on the tonsil region as well as gums and tongue. I can definitely understand the level of suckiness and utter pain they bring (even when just swallowing) and I hope it goes away quick. I'm not sure what you do to prevent them, but I significantly reduced their occurrence by simply switching to a soft bristle toothbrush.
